It is our great pleasure to invite you to attend the international conference “VALORISATION OF FRUITS AND BERRIES”, organized by the Polli Horticultural Research Centre, Estonian University of Life Sciences, taking place on November 6th, 2025.
The aim of the conference is to bring together researchers, industry representatives, and other stakeholders in the agricultural and food sectors to share experiences and to discuss innovative solutions, technologies, and practices for the valorisation of fruits and berries. The conference will highlight opportunities for the effective commercial use of research results and promote sustainable resource utilization.
